İZMİR MUNICIPALITY’S TENDER FOR TRAMWAY VEHICLES PROCUREMENT

İzmir M. Munıcıpalıty’s Raylı Sistem Dairesi Başkanlığı has invited bids for file no 2024/... covering procurement of 26 ea Tramway vehıcles ,127 items spare parts, 11 items specıal equıpment and tools as per law no 4734 artıcle 19.

It is mandatory for bidders to download the tender document via EKAP using an e-signature.
After beıng prepared electronically via EKAP, proposlas should be sent via EKAP after being signed with an e-signature, together with the e-key no later than 17.04.2024.
  QUotations should cover the whole order. A bid bond of 3% should be submitted. Bids will remain valid for 60 days.
The tender is open to domestic and foreign bidders and a price advantage of 15% (fifteen percent) will be applied to the bidder who offers domestic products in the tender.
Bidders whose offer price is determined to be excessively low will be asked by the tender commission for an explanation in accordance with Article 38 of the law.
